Vaughn has extensive experience managing content production and building business systems and strategies for a wide variety of digital media companies. As VP of Production for JibJab, he created complex project management systems to facilitate cranking out a massive number of hilarious animated and live action online video shorts, including the wildly popular "Elf Yourself" campaign. Prior to that, he was VP of Content for MediVista Media, building HD video production systems, running the editorial trains and managing all online development for a multiplatform business targeting health consumers. And as VP of Programming and Production for TV Guide on Demand, he created the business and operations systems for producing and publishing content to broadband, mobile, VOD, DVR, etc., working closely with agencies and buyers to develop innovative advertising and marketing ideas that leverage the strengths/opportunities of multiple platforms. He's also worked for CNN and Fox Sports, and has been a project mentor for the American Film Institute's Digital Content Lab.
Vaughn is a three-time Emmy winner for his production work and holds an MBA degree from Georgia State University. He also plays a mean bass guitar, torturing friends and family with his fixation on recreating '70s funk.
